Daggie Dog

People & community

Opportunity creates new beginnings.

Social responsibility is central to our long-term business model. We believe employment can redefine someone’s future.

What we are building toward

  • A workforce in which approximately 80% of employment opportunities support people who have experienced disadvantage or significant barriers to employment.
  • Genuine pathways into meaningful work, professional development, financial participation and long-term career opportunities.
  • Employee equity participation through structured vesting arrangements.

Where we are today

Daggie Dog was started on the belief that a business should be judged on the good it does as well as the money it makes.

These are organisational ambitions that we are progressively developing. They are not a claim that these targets have already been achieved, and we will report on our progress honestly as it unfolds.

Why it matters

Care for pets. Care for people.

The same belief that drives how we look after animals drives how we look after the people who work with us: wellbeing before commerce, trust that is earned, and a commitment to keep raising the standard.

As our team grows, we plan to share the stories of the people who make Daggie Dog, with their consent and in their own words.
