Leadership
Two leaders. One shared conviction.
Dean De Jesus built Charlie’s Mates in honour of his beagle, Charlie. Darren Needham-Walker built Daggie Dog Treats around natural Australian products, trust and purpose. Their paths crossed through Daggie Dog, and led to a shared belief that care, opportunity and commercial success can strengthen one another.
